Casing Centralizers introduction

we produce two series Casing Centralizers: spring centralizer and rigid centralizer. Rigid centralizer has cast steel type and aluminum alloy type, as per raw material used.

1. Spring Centralizer

Super strengthen spring steel is applied to centralize casing in wellbore, improves cementing quality.

Features:
● every attachment is pressed into shape by moulding instead of welding and rivet.
● 3-Section structure for easy transport.
● starting force and restoring force conform to API standards.
● easy and convenient to use.
● alternative turbulence plates can effectually improve displacement efficiency.

2. Cast-Steel Rigid Centralizer


Centralize casing in wellbore, improves cementing quality.
Features:
● spiral blades increase annular turbulence.
● with the shape of stream-lined, it enables casing run easily in wellbore.

3. Aluminum alloy Rigid Centralizer

Aluminum alloy spiral rigid centralizer is generally used in the horizontal well for production casing. It has light weight and the good function of centralizing. The contact surface between the spiral rigid casing centralizer and the borehole wall is large. It can make cement slurry form bumpy flow to improve displacement efficiency and cementing quality during cementing.
